Apple Cake/ Apfelkuchen

A soft homemade fruit cake with a light golden sponge base made from organic eggs, organic gluten-free flour and coconut oil instead of dairy.
The cake is topped with a generous layer of mixed berries, baked into the dough so the fruit becomes soft, juicy and slightly jammy on top. The result is a simple rustic cake: tender inside, golden around the edges, with a sweet-tart berry topping.

We’ve teamed up with Tera Kitchen to create small-batch functional food, made in-house at Kandy with the best quality ingredients we can source.
The focus is simple: nourishing, thoughtful food that supports everyday wellbeing — soups, broths, juices and simple healthy treats, made fresh each week in limited quantities.
Everything is prepared with care, using real ingredients, slow cooking, and a no-shortcuts approach.
Orders will open weekly, with pickup at Kandy every Wednesday.

A slow-cooked chicken broth, gently infused with herbs, seaweed and nettle. Sip it warm on its own or use it as a nourishing base for soups, rice, vegetables, sauces and quick meals.

This soup has been a cult classic at Terra Kitchen and for a good reason. It has flavors of lime and grapefruit and inspired from a traditional Mayan soup. Ljar

We know how difficult it can be for new mums and busy families to always cook fresh, wholesome food — especially when sleep is limited, energy is low, and there is more than one child to care for.
That’s why we are starting to offer organic baby food on request, made in small batches at Kandy with simple, high-quality ingredients.
We will begin with gentle first foods for babies who are starting solids — single-ingredient, smooth, easily digestible whole foods made from organic produce.
Simple food. No shortcuts. No unnecessary extras.
Just carefully prepared baby food for developing little stomachs.

Banana Cake made with gluten-free ingredients

A soft, homemade banana cake made with real ingredients and naturally sweet ripe bananas. Gluten-free, comforting, and perfect for sharing at home, with coffee, or as a simple treat for the family.
Made in small batches at Kandy.

Frozen for your convenience, so you can enjoy them whenever you want. Made from my mother’s Thai recipe, with all the delicious flavours of home.

Ingredients: White fish, red curry paste, green beans, egg, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves, and spices.

The boxes change every week depending on what is fresh and available from the farm. The list we share is only an example — each box will be a seasonal mix and may not include everything listed.
Typical box items may include things like lettuce, kale, spinach, chard, carrots, beetroot, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, pak choi, courgette, cucumber, green beans, peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, herbs, spring onions and more.
We’ll also have a few extra items available at Kandy on pickup day, and where possible we can try to accommodate small changes. This is not guaranteed, but you’re welcome to let us know beforehand if there is something you really don’t like.
