A famous dish with a cult-following, from my hometown- Nashville Hot Chicken! It's fiery- chicken marinated in a buttermilk, pickle brine, hot pepper sauce mix, triple-coated in a seasoned flour coating and then pan-fried until golden brown. Finally it gets drizzled with an irresistible spicy cayenne pepper infused sauce. Nashville's signature dish will tingle your tastebuds!

Comes with 4 pieces of chicken and a small jar of hand-crafted delicious pickles. The traditional way to serve this dish is to put the chicken on a slice of bread or burger buns and top with pickle slices.
