Hearty mushroom soup. Deliciously dark and moody using button, brown or portobello mushrooms to give the rich flavour that goes perfectly with the dried porcini. Using our homemade chicken broth to add depth and extra goodness. We use a bit of heavy cooking cream and butter to add thickness and extra comfort. No nuts were harmed in the making of the soup, however a couple of onions and celery sticks were not so lucky.
