The son of our local butcher in Aldeia da Juzo spent 14 years mastering the english and irish banger to enable us to give you this sunday night special. Made with our family recipe consisting of the best skin on salmon filet cured in a mix of sugar, juniper berries, white pepper and quite a lot of dill and gin.
