Preparation
Instructions: Refrigerate until ready to use. It is all made without preservatives added, so please use within 2-3 days. Dough can be frozen. The sauce stays fresh for several weeks.
To bake: place oven-safe parchment paper on a large baking sheet/baking dish. After washing your hands, spray a bit of olive oil on them and use them to roll out the pizza dough and press it gently out to the edges of the pan, to the thickness you prefer. The sourdough does puff up a bit as it bakes. Then, using the flat part of a spoon, use it to spread a bit of sauce all over the top of the dough, up to the edges. Be careful not to use too much sauce as it will make the dough soggy. Next add your favorite toppings and then top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven, on the middle rack. Bake at 180-195*C for 12-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your dough and how crispy you prefer it. Keep a close eye on it as it does bake up quickly! Slice up and enjoy!
